Check product identity

Make sure the product name, bottle image and seller listing refer to the same offering. Save the label images rather than relying on a short marketing description. Front and back panels answer different questions.

Read serving size before doing calculations

Capsule count does not equal days of use unless the serving instructions support that calculation. Record capsules per serving and servings per container, then compare these with the advertised supply.

Read the complete panel

  • Record ingredients and amounts with their units.
  • Look for extract and preparation details.
  • Read other ingredients and allergen statements.
  • Check directions and warnings without guessing a dose.
  • Keep the seller and product identifiers for later reference.

Identify gaps

If a panel is blurry or incomplete, ask for a readable image. A named ingredient without an amount leaves an important comparison unanswered. Use the product formula page to track which facts have actually been verified.
